Productivity...

...I has it.

At least the last couple of days. Yesterday I took pictures of my Xbox 360 and my bicycle so I could sell them on Craigslist. I posted the items for sale.

I also managed to practice my guitar for the first time in several months.

I even did some writing.

Today I took my car in to get the oil changed, went book shopping and sold my bicycle.

I also practice my guitar and did a little writing.

It's been a nice couple of days.

I'm particularly excited about the books I bought with store credit: I got two books in the Malloreon series by David Eddings in hardcover. I like hardcover. I also picked up "The Lonely Polygamist" by Brady Udall. Really looking forward to reading that book.

Good days. Kind of wish I didn't have to go to work tomorrow night.

Oh well.

Ah, this post is just too good to pass up and talk about myself. At nearly 70, well, 67 to be exact, I still play xBox (360). I love it. And my suggestion with regard to your guitar, is to practice every. It's a great instrument -- I've been playing since I was about 12, mostly folk and blues, though I've sat in with my son's band for some of what's known, at least euphemistically, as "alternative rock."

My view is, if you want to lose yourself, the guitar's the way to go. Glad to know you play.

I enjoy the 360, I just don't play as often as I thought I would. I have too many other hobbies.

I enjoy the guitar. I only took 3 months of lessons, but I got schooled in the basics, so I can learn to strum new songs, and I learned how to teach myself.

I am fluent in piano. I started playing at 8, but the piano isn't portable, so that's why I started guitar. I love it.

Sounds like a fun book to read. I just can't seem to get enough of the plyg books...
